That’s why we invite passionate riders to join our community tester group. Your input helps us fine-tune performance, validate quality, and ensure every item we offer is worth your ride. The process
1 Factory Sourcing
We work directly with Asia’s top cycling manufacturers—visiting factories, testing prototypes, and building relationships. Only the most promising frames, components, and accessories make it past this first cut.
2 Making The Cut
Our team of mechanics, riders, and product experts puts each item through its paces. We assess quality, compatibility, and performance. If it doesn’t meet our standard—it doesn’t move forward.
3 Over To You
Once we shortlist a product, we invite a select group of STLSSE testers to review it in the real world. We look for riders across different disciplines, experience levels, and regions to get diverse, real-use feedback.
4 Product Launch (or Rejection)
If our testers give the green light, the product is added to our store—with full transparency. If not? We go back to the drawing board. Our goal is to only offer gear that’s rider-proven and worth your money.
