Simply add your chosen items to your cart and proceed through our secure checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at support@stlsse.com. We'll do our best to assist before dispatch.

Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- receipt or proof of purchase
- UK returns hub (address provided after return approval)
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

- Custom products (e.g. custom-painted frames)
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to STLSSE error
Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you of its status via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees (see below).
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

To help us cover fulfilment and logistics costs, refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of 5–20%, depending on item size, return condition, and original shipping costs.
We always aim to keep this fair.
Exchanges
Exchanges
We replace items if they’re damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, email us at support@stlsse.com with your order number and issue description.

All products are covered by manufacturer warranty starting from the delivery date.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll coordinate directly with the factory to resolve it quickly and professionally.
We’re your point of contact—no chasing needed.
Shipping Your Return
Shipping Your Return
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the appropriate UK return address.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service for all returns.

All orders come with tracking numbers provided within 1–3 business days of dispatch. Please allow time for the tracking to activate, especially for international shipments.

Your order is insured during shipping. If your package arrives damaged:
- clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s)
- support@stlsse.com
- We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue—whether that means a replacement or refund
Pro tip: If the outer box looks damaged, you can sign for the parcel as “DAMAGED” or refuse delivery if the item inside is clearly affected.

For standard shipping, we do our best to avoid any extra customs charges.
For express shipping, import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by region.
