Production pauses for Lunar New Year. That’s structural, not optional.
Our manufacturing partners will close for the holiday period. During this window, fabrication, assembly and outbound logistics slow or stop entirely.
Holiday Schedule
February 14 – February 24
Orders placed during this period will enter the queue and ship once operations resume.
There are no workarounds.
There is no “priority” channel that bypasses the calendar.
If you require a frame, components or wheelsets before the shutdown, order before February 14. After that date, timelines shift accordingly.
We do not rush production to compensate for factory closure.
Compressed schedules create mistakes. Mistakes create failures. That trade-off isn’t acceptable.
Once production resumes, shipping will follow standard lead times. Tracking details will be issued as normal.
This is part of building products within the region where they’re made.
Predictable pauses are better than unpredictable shortcuts.
Customer support will still be running as normal. We plough as normal to answer your daily enquiries.
